Features:

• Made of 100% white expanded PTFE yarn.
• Contains no impregnant,  no lubricant, and  no finish treatment.
• Designed for use in valves, but can be used in other low speed services.
• Fast and simple to install, with minimum maintenance requirements.
• Could be adjusted very finely and reduced to extremely low levels.
• High chemical resistance, very low coefficients of friction.
• suitable for valves and pumps used in food processing, pharmaceuticals, paper mills, fiber plant, where high purity and corrosion resistance is required.

Application Areas:

Used in centrifugal and rotary shafts, reciprocating applications, and valve stems, sliders, mixers, vessels and pumps, power industry etc.

Application Media:

Suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications, potable water, solvents, oils, gases, effluents, oxygen etc.

Specifications:
1) Pressure: 2MPa in centrifugal pumps, 10MPa in piston pumps, 20MPa in valves
2) Temperature: <280°C
3) Linear speed: 4m/s in centrifugal pumps, 2m/s in piston pumps, 2m/s in valves
4) pH range: 0 - 14
5) Thickness: 3.0 - 50mm
